Phillip Winchester Jr., 29, of Albany, Georgia, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025.
Born on May 11, 1996, in Albany, GA, Phillip was the beloved son of Sabrina Johnson and Phillip Winchester Sr. He was a proud graduate of Dougherty Comprehensive High School, Class of 2014.
Phillip was a devoted son, brother, and grandson, but his most cherished role was being a father. He went above and beyond for his family, always putting them first. His bright spirit was known to light up any room, bringing smiles to the faces of everyone he knew and loved.
Phillip proceeded in death his cousins Jahtay Winchester and Tavis Griffin.
Phillip is survived by his mother, his three loving children: daughters, Peylon Winchester and Peyton Winchester, and his son, Phillip Winchester III.
He is also survived by his loving mother, Sabrina Johnson, and stepfather, Antrellis Keith; his father, Phillip Winchester Sr.; and his grandmothers, Constance Johnson, and Mable Winchester, great grandmother, Nadine Pate.
Phillip will be deeply missed by his siblings: brothers, Khalil Winchester, Jalen Johnson, Kenyon Johnson, Darrien Phillips, and Philquan (Paris); and sisters, Jadah Johnson, Yasmine Daniels, and Desiyah Miles.
He will also be fondly remembered by a large extended family, including his aunts and uncles, Laverne Levins, Nathaniel Johnson, Katina Pate, Keisha (Toussaint) Hill, Monica Hayes, Tomeka Winchester, and Milton Winchester, his Godpops, Rod Chambers, and special friends Shunwaski Wheeler and Jaylon Williams along with many cousins, a longtime girlfriend of 12 years, Imon Miller the mother of his three children, relatives, and friends.
