Mrs. Jury Johnson

Mrs. Jury Bell Johnson was born on October 24, 1927 in Lee County, Georgia to the late Elijah Davis and Emma Sparks. She transitioned to be with our Heavenly Father on April 23, 2020.

She raised her family in Nyami, GA and worked at Leeland Farms until her retirement.

Jury Bell was preceded in death by her loving husband, Archie “Monk” Lee Johnson, two daughters, Mattie Ruth Johnson and Mary Lizzy Johnson, she was also preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.

She leaves to cherish a life of love, her children, Johnnie Mae Mason (Tommy) of Baconton, GA, Mildred Jackson and Johnny C. Thomas (Evelyn) both of Albany, GA, Ronald Thomas of Smithville, GA, Rebecca Campbell (Michael) of Albany, GA, Shirley A. Jackson (Roscoe) of Smithville, GA, McArthur Johnson of Smithville, GA, Ella Ruth Gray of New York, Sarah Mathis of Macon, GA, and Mary Thomas of Albany, GA, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss her dearly.
