Mrs. Betty Odom

Betty M. Odom was born on December 12, 1951 to Carey and Bertha Shead.

She departed this earthly life on April 18, 2018. She attended Love of God Christian Fellowship of Albany, Georgia. She united in Holy Matrimony first to Tommy Walker, then to Lenard Hawkins and last to Vincent Odom all of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by by her parents, a son, Tommy Walker and her siblings, Mary Smith, Carey Shead Jr.and Johnny Shead.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her sons whom will always love and cherish their mother, Michael Walker, Steve Walker, and Charles Walker, two brothers, Booker T. Shead (Annie Mae), and Bill Shead (Kathleen), a sister Linda Shead, one brother-in-law, Johnnie Smith two sister-in-laws, Bernice Shead and Mary Shead, and she is also survived by her special friend and fiancee, Amos Floyd and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
