Frank Junior Jefferson was born on February 8, 1964, in Albany, Georgia. Frank transitioned peacefully in his home in Albany, Georgia, on February 25, 2026.

Frank was the second eldest son of Leroy Jefferson Sr. and the late Barbara T. Jefferson. He attended the schools of Dougherty County, Georgia, and graduated from Albany High School, where he formed many lifelong friendships.

Frank was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Barbara T. Jefferson (2009), and his eldest brother, Leroy Jefferson Jr. (2004).

Frank's life was rooted in giving. He had a generous heart and a love for serving others, especially through cooking and feeding everyone around him. In his later days, he found joy sitting on his porch, talking with neighbors and sharing conversation and laughter. To know Frank was to know a man who stood firm-a protector of his family, dependable, and strong in character.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children: Traveous Wade, Contessa Wade Allen (Eric Allen), Kenyetta Wade, and Deandre' Jefferson; his grandchildren: Kassidy Wade, Elijah Wade, Ryan Harris, Tayliah Wade, and Tahliah Wade; Deron and his great-grandchildren: Aden, Jayhaden, and Gabriel.

He is also survived by his siblings, Lisa Smith and Willie Jefferson, along with a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Frank's legacy continues through all who loved him, and his memory will live on in every heart he touched.
